One of the companies that Krishnam Creation Events & Promotions works with in corporate events is JSW group, we are the official contractor of JSW company in which we also work for CSR division of JSW Foundation including JSW Education fair, JSW Sceince Exhibition, Road shows, Documentry Films, ETC.
In addition, JSW also conducts events at the Kalmeshwar plant, The biggest event so far managed by Krishnam Creation is JSW New Year Celebration Party 2020 which is managed by us. In a short period of time we got a chance to manage a big event, this event we planned in JSW's colony. There is a magnificent lawn where we made all the preparations for this event.
JSW's admin team called us for a meeting and asked what you could do. They told us that there was a big event in which the company's staff would have a families with a total of 700 guests. We started working hard on how to do the survey planning budget. Then it all came together. We thought that our planning would be a lot of fun for everyone from children to adults. We also wanted to follow the protocol of JSW company. All these aspects are branding elements, entertainment, red & black theme production, Sound and Lights, Led Wall in the Backdrop, LIVE Cartoon Characters That Will Entertain Kids (Doremon and Motu Patlu) Selfie Zone
Male and Female mike Jockey, Radio Jockey, Mimicry Artist, Live DJ, Goal Post truss Digital Dance Platform, Catering Arrangements and Theme Tents, Selfie Zone, Gaming Zone, Mickey Mouse Inflatable Bouncy Slider (Inflatable Bouncer, We created a 2D plan considering all the elements like trampoline, balloon shooting, jumbo snake ladder, selfie zone with selfie props, camera team for video photos.
Now the corporate event said that all the planning plan A and plan B for backup should always be ready, so the execution plan must be perfect. All the departments will play their side 100%. It is planned that all the teams will have an on location 4 days before the event. The plan was given, Reiki was done along with it and the survey team started working, 2 days before the complete set was made, which included grand stage, backdrop to LED wall, entry to canopy gate, checkers backdrop, selfie booth, food zone, gaming zone, food tent. Propping lighting was beautifully decorated, and 4 large lighting towers were erected to illuminate the entire set. Guest Seating, Round Tables and Chairs for Food Zone, Good Looking Mail & Female Service Team, Dustbin placed at desired places, born fires were placed at various places for better service in Clothing, Catering Department. Now the most important part is the entertainment which we call entertainment. This part was very important, in which 2 male MJs and 2 female MJs along with a celebrity RJ and a mimicry artist were given their slots, games were planned for public engagement, each of the company An event flow was created to interact with the department, from children's games to couple games and interactions were also planned.
