It was a 3 days destination wedding which we managed completely at Pench National Park in November 2015. The client confirmed everything 2 months ago including survey programs like Mehndi, Haldi, Pool party, Music program, Wedding and Reception. We divided the complete program into 2 resorts. Home Resort and Mriganyani Green Resort. Due to the large number of guests in addition to the 2 resorts, we have arranged accommodation for some guests in some other resorts near the same resort and the main events are at Jungle Home Resort and Mriganyani Green Resort, Mehndi Haldi Sangeet is at Jungle Home Resort, while the wedding and reception was managed at Mriganyani Green Resort.

Both the resorts beautifully decorated inside and outside from the entry gate to the guest rooms. welcome kit, table bouquet changed for 3 consecutive days.
At Jungle Home Resort we hosted Mehndi, Haldi Music and Pool Party with Drums, Rajasthani artist DJ Mehndi Artist all became the center of attraction at Mehndi Haldi and Pool Party followed by Sangeet La Resort full set of Bollywood theme with two entry gates, At the entrance of one resort and at the entrance of the lawn in the other resort, Walk Vela with fresh red carpet along with Bollywood stands, selfie point, Bollywood hanging lamps, Bollywood theme stage, Bollywood theme with a beautiful backdrop, food zone, round post trust , Sound, Series in Venue Highlighting, LED Crossing, Moving Head, Sound, and Family Dance Sequence for Entertainment along with "Barood" by rock band and MJ Neha's entire concert was the focal point of attraction that guests will remember for a lifetime.

The next day the wedding and reception was held at Mriganyani Green Resort in which all the decorations according to Lotus theme were done in pink and white colour including Lotus Entry Gate, Lotus Walkway, Mr. Sajal Got Setup Lotus Theme Stage Sight. Arrangements Food Zone, Performing Stage, and Entertainment Tribal Dances entertained the guests The entire resort was light up with series, LED, Moving Head Spot Lights and Silver Plates both for special guests.

We managed both the venues at Pench National Park for 3 days. Both venues were made available to us by our clients 4 days ago. Entertainment Department, Event Coordinators, all of them managed the wedding ceremony by working hard day and night during the severe cold so we always say "Your occasions Deserves Our Careful planning"
