This is a pesticide company originated from Amaravati, and their manufacturing plant is also based in Amravati, their dealers are active in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, UP, Chhattisgarh, they want to hold a 2 days dealer meet ceremony for their dealers.
Dealers were fully entertained with the latest information of the company from 11 am to 10 pm and as Nagpur is the centre place for them and their dealers, they wanted to organise the event in Nagpur, so we got this opportunity in 2018 at Amravati Head Office.
We got a call from company and told us about dealer meeting in Nagpur and invited our team to their Amaravati head office for discussion and preparation. As we had same experience in corporate events, so we did all the planning for them. He showed us the photos and videos for reference purpose of past events of the dealer meet with their budget. We took 2 days for new planning for celebration in better way. Client liked the presentation and we won their heart. We organized this event at Le Meridian Hotel in Nagpur.
During 2 days of time we had brief team internal meeting to create a plan which will be loved by the client. Our marketing partner and Mr Ram Masurkar and other staffworked day and night to create memorable event with production team.
How will the 2 days event flow be after production can be seen is elaborated by us at their office premises. Complete 2 days elements list was made, everyone gave their suggestions and then immediately we decided to go for on location, with all the team we went to the hotel. From the hotel entry gate to the hall we took the surveys like measurement , Stage, Round Post Truss, LED Wall Size Seating Arrangement, Audio, Video Sound & Light Console Where to Stay, Product Display Counter Where to Stay No, Selfie Zone, Stands, Branding Elements, Camera Console Green Rooms Stage Height, Length, Width, What should be the Event Flow We prepared an overall plan and had a meeting with the client the next day. Managers of the company also Gave valuable suggestions and asked us to come to Amaravati again for meeting to finalize the event.
Coincidences matched and we went to Amravati to meet the Survey Board of Directors. Explained, they liked it and met us at this event, we came back to our office in Nagpur and informed the team and the whole team started working happily, in entertainment we have 2 parts like Day 1 & Day 2 and their different A team of artists who will entertain all the dealers, including evening dance group on day 1 and firewaveance dance troup on day 2, Along with this, celebrity, tea anchor and comedian Ehjaz will be given the job of managing the stage for 2 days, along with orchestra & rock band for 2 days, Kathak dancer Rishikesh will be given the job of entertainment for the reception of day 1, team of event coordinators and hostesses will be formed. The survey designs of the elements were made by our designers, trophy for prize distribution and branding of Agneta company on it, return gifts for dealer guest as well as lights, sound, LED wall, pyrotex, backup generator, police permission, PPL license, technical team. With a planning commitment on the side, the overnight production team created the entire set including the stage, green rooms branding frames, stands, camera and lighting department for risers and branding consoles, checkers backdrop and platform with fresh red carpet on it, welcome & register. Facia, Rose and Bouquet Hotel La Box Gate to welcome guests 3 side branding, parking signs for the presentation, the product display counter branded it, all the branding was wood framing, that's how everything was prepared, the event was a dealer meet as well as an award show, so our team was keeping an eye on the service from time to time. They had expensive gifts from the company and there was also a lucky draw, we had a team of guards and bouncers for security.
The 2 days event was a success. Two things were important behind the success of the event. The entire team of Krishnam Creation has paid tribute to all the dealers and all the Board of Directors of Agneta Agro India Pvt Ltd and the Krishnam Creation Events Management Team for their hard work and best wishes for the future.
